By registering for or participating in the Lavender Gray Connection Walk, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in this event involves physical activity and may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, weather conditions, or other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

I hereby release and hold harmless The Lavender Gray Project, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and agree to participate at my own risk. I understand that this is a community event and that medical services may not be readily available.
